We welcome special orders!

Here is another way your co-op works for you. We work to bring you the items you want and need most, at the best prices possible. But if you don't find what you are looking for when you visit the market, chances are we can help you find it! Please contact us or check in at the customer service desk the next time you visit the market. Special orders don't upset us!

If there are staples you use in large quantities, we can help you stock up at a real value! Co-op members and non-profit organizations are eligible to receive 10% off special orders by the case or in bulk (for example, a 25-pound bag of flour or a case of 12 boxes of cereal.). In order to receive the discount, you must order a minimum of one full case of the product. To save even more, watch for sale prices on items you use every day--bulk order discounts include 10% off of sale prices!

Most products are available with one week notice. Order deadline for grocery products is 9:00 am Wednesday for Thursday afternoon pick-up. Order deadline for fresh meats is 3pm Monday for Friday delivery.

Here's how it works:

All shoppers may place special orders for case purchases or for products the co-op does not carry on the shelf.
You can place your order at the Customer Service Counter by filling out a Special Order Form for each item.
We will give you a call when your order arrives. Special orders from our major distributors should arrive within one week from placing the order. Some items might take longer depending on our delivery schedule.
Payment is due when you pick up your order.
Special Orders must be picked up within two weeks after we contact you. Perishable products, including produce and refrigerated items, must be picked up within three days.
If the item you are ordering is not available by the case, you must order in quantities of three or more in order to receive a discount.
Sorry, we are not able to offer case discounts for meat or milk.
